people now days put a high standard about life. Self actualization determined in social standard that society specify. People not be free to be their self, because the social standard set their mind to be perfect.

children should be good at school, excellent in sport, get A in class, should play a music. tenager should have many friends, popular, thin, athletic. happy life is about have a car, house, perfect lovers, relationship goals, high position at work, etc. we live in a high standard society that makes us try so hard to be like what the society want. Beautiful is about have a thin and sexy bikini body, a beautiful face, smart, elegant, cheerful, etc. one question for you, are you tired? 

high social standard makes people lack of identity, what the purpose of life if everyone should be similar like social standard? one things that you should know is everyone is unique. 

I am me, I do what i love to do. I am precious in my own way and I am an actor/actress in my own life film. life is about film, we are a main character in our film. you should love yourself and realize that you are precious.

I believe that all people needs is self actualization, people want to feel worth it. they will do anything to get their acceptance, that's a reason for someone seek their identity. Seeking identity is not about be free and do anything without any boundaries. seeking identity is about realize that you are precious, you are loved. event no one confess that you are precious, you should believe it. God makes you unique and precious in His eye. He accept you whatever you are. God want you to be free express yourself and be 100% you. free is not similar with wild. free is when you know the boundaries and you life on track. someone who realize their identity will not waste their time and money for something useless. they know what should their do in their life and know that God will guide them into their destiny. 

believe that you are loved, accept yourself first. the purpose of you life is to complete your journey in this world, complete God purpose, be happy. God just want us to be happy. Be yourself and do the best you can do in all things you love. Do what you love and love what you do. if you love sport, do it and be the best of it. if you love science, do it. if today you are alone, enjoy it. 

seeking identity is about be the best you can do with love, feels happy and useful. don't be so confuse about society standard, because God makes you so special. Be confident, know your track and know the boundaries. I believe when you do it, you know who you are and whats your purpose to live:) when you follow your heart and do what you love, you will see that you're be the best in you life. everyone is on the top of their life, even no one realize, just know that God love you.

precious is not about perfect, is about you rise from the fault, try again when you are failed, come out from feeling guilty. even you do wrong in the past, you still precious. everyone is a diamond in God eyes, you just need to find people who can seek a diamond in you. you self conception is not determine on other opinion, but it determine in what you see about yourself. you can't pleased everyone, but you can pleased God with your confident. 

follow you heart and do what you love, accept God in yourself, you will get the key to know who you are and what your purpose to live
